Translation and legalisation of documents

Those who need to translate documents from English into Italian can take advantage of the following possibilities:

  • Use a sworn translator in Italy – juror lists are available at the Italian Courts Sworn;
  • Translation (already prepared), to be carried out at the Italian Courts or Italian Municipalities;
  • Translation of documents by certified translators, with subsequent legalisation, if required, by Foreign Affairs, which will affix the Apostille of The Hague Convention.

The list of translators known to this Consulate can be found at the following link.
