We inform you that starting from 29 May 2023 it will be possible to have the passport issued without an appointment every day of the week (Monday to Friday) by going directly to the reception desk from 10.00 to 11.30.
We inform you also that our offices will proceed as a priority with the processing of the files of those who have an appointment. Requests will be met compatibly with the working hours of the office and operational staff.
Finally, it should be remembered that for the purpose of issuing a passport it is necessary to have previously updated one’s personal data and civil status, with particular reference to registration with AIRE, just as it is necessary to present the documentation relating to the consent in case of minor children.
In case you should proceed with the issue of a passport for users not registered at this Consulate General, it is necessary to request the authorization in advance from the competent authorities, with the consequent extention of the time necessary for the issue. In this case, applicants are therefore invited to contact our offices well in advance.
In the absence of the preventive fulfillment of these obligations, it will not be possible to proceed with the release.
