Official Opening of the 5th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World

The Italian Consulate General, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Italian Cultural Institute in Sydney are pleased to announce the Official Opening event of the 5th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.

This event will be full of taste and extraordinary Italian flavours, starting with a Parmigiano Reggiano masterclass (by invitation only), continuing with the Ospitalità Italiana Award Ceremony and the official launch of the book Cucina Italiana:

a Guidebook to Italian dining.

The guide contains a specific section dedicated to cooking and culture, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Pellegrino Artusi, author of the famous book La scienza in cucina e l’arte di mangiar bene (Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well).
