    4. Certificate of non-naturalization <\/strong>in Australia or Australian citizenship certificate<\/strong>, issued by the competent authorities, demonstrating that the Italian ancestor did not acquire Australian citizenship before the direct descendant reached the age of majority<\/li>\n
