    ITALIAN ANCESTOR BORN IN ITALY AND EMIGRATED TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Photocopy of the birth certificate<\/strong> issued by the Italian municipality where the ancestor was born;<\/li>\n
    2. Photocopy of the marriage certificate<\/strong> if the marriage took place in Italy, or original marriage certificate<\/strong> duly legalized, with Italian translation also duly legalized, if not issued in Australia;<\/li>\n
    3. Where applicable, original divorce decree<\/strong>, duly legalized, with Italian translation also duly legalized, if not issued in Australia;<\/li>\n
    4. Certificate of non-naturalization <\/strong>in a foreign country, issued by the competent foreign authorities, demonstrating that the Italian ancestor did not acquire any other foreign citizenship before the direct descendant reached the age of majority;<\/li>\n
    5. Photocopy of the death certificate<\/strong> if the death took place in Italy, or original death certificate<\/strong> duly legalized, with Italian translation also duly legalized, if not issued in Australia<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
