The consular network in Australia and <\/strong>in Countries of secondary accreditation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The consular network in Australia is composed of two Consulate Generals (Melbourne and Sydney) and three first category Consulates (Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth) whose staff comes from Italy.
\nEach Consulate is assisted by an honorary consular network, whose functions are very limited and generally assist the consular registry and issue of passports. Honorary consulates cannot issue visas or process citizenship applications. The Consular Chancellor\u2019s Office of the Italian Embassy in Canberra is competent for the Australian Capital Territory, as well as the cities of Queanbeyan and
\nCooma in New South Wales.<\/p>\n
