Starting from June 14 2021 a new portal, Prenot@mi , will be online, available at https://prenotami.esteri.it , for registering and choosing the Consulate of reference and subsequent booking of appointments for consular services.
It will therefore be possible to book appointments only on the new portal starting from the first available date that will be defined by this Consulate. Appointments already booked in the current portal PrenotaOnline will in any case be kept valid and submitted to the Consulate.
The new portal offers some innovative features. Security has been increased and further authentication systems will be introduced, in order to ascertain the authenticity of the user. The new graphic interface, simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly, also aims to simplify the user's exerience during registration and booking. The portal also introduces a waiting list management system, so as not to lose the priority acquired at the time of booking and to provide feedback to the user even in the momentary absence of appointments. The user can also upload the documents necessary for the booked service, thus reducing processing times at the counter on the day of the appointment.
